Because it's a closed-circuit system, it ensures that the water quality remains uncontaminated, protecting the main equipment's efficient operation and extending its lifespan. When the outside temperature is low, the spray water system can be stopped, saving water.    
    Fully enclosed circulating cold    
      The fully enclosed circulation of the cooling medium prevents debris from entering the cooling pipeline system and reduces evaporative loss of the cooling medium.    
    Scale-free soft water coolant    
      Using soft water as the cooling medium prevents scaling and pipe blockage, resulting in fewer malfunctions.    
    High cooling efficiency    
      Employing both air cooling and spray water evaporation heat absorption, it achieves high cooling efficiency.

    Cooling tower details

    Three-proof fan: A dedicated axial flow fan, precisely modulated for efficient heat exchange, stable operation, and low noise. Air volume can be adjusted according to temperature changes to reduce energy consumption.

    High-efficiency water collector: A custom-made high-efficiency water collector with a low drift rate, significantly saving water (up to 30%).

    Integrated centrifugal water pump: An in-house brand spray pump with stable and efficient performance. (Bearing seal) First-class brand accessories are selected, with strict quality inspection, ensuring high efficiency and durability.

    Air intake grille: A dedicated air intake grille with aerodynamic design for smooth airflow, good splash prevention, and long-lasting sun resistance.

    New basket-type nozzle: Made of ABS and PP materials using one-time injection molding, it features high strength and long service life. The fine water droplets, even water distribution, large water distribution area, and good cooling effect effectively reduce spray pump wear.

    Outer shell material: The main body of the equipment uses magnesium-aluminum-zinc plated steel, with a reinforced overall structure. Its corrosion resistance is 8-10 times better than ordinary aluminum-zinc plated steel, ensuring long-term durability.
